New York Cool Climate Grape Ripening Repository
Explore harmonized grape ripening data across the state’s growing regions. It brings together the New York Wine and Grape Foundation and Cornell Veraison to Harvest programs, pooled to the region level and de-identified, and lets you filter by cultivar and region and plot Brix, acidity, and pH against date or growing degree days. A comparison view overlays up to three cultivars across up to three regions.
